We hope you are happy with your purchase from Giving Grows! If, however, you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, please contact us within 30 days at email@example.com and we will happily assist you with your return.
If you are returning an item, original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
If your purchase is damaged upon delivery, please email us with a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will send you a prepaid return mailing label, as well as a replacement item!
This return policy only applies to items purchased at www.givinggrows.com. Any products purchased from other retail stores must be returned to the original place of purchase. Please see the retailer's return policy for further details.
